Oh I love this so much! My husband and I keep asking why we wasted so much of our 20s NOT going to concerts. We love live music and this has become our go-to in our 40s. We're trying to get to a few concerts a year because there is certainly something about experiencing live music together. I kind of wish we were doing a music tour as part of our summer camping trip, but I think Yellowstone will have to suffice 😉 We might have to wait until the kids are in college before we do a music travel tour 😂
We always wonder why we don’t go to more concerts and the last couple summers we ended with a big concert, which got us thinking we should plan to go to more. Clay says we’ll follow one band around when we’re old and in a van, but I don’t think we’ll be able to pick just one! Yellowstone sounds like the perfect place to be in the summer. Buying concert tickets for all four of us has definitely been the most expensive part of our summer plans - trying to keep the camping cheap!
We're pretty excited about the trip. And I'm hoping it will be a good start to launching publication of my camping memoir. At least I can keep pushing it with weekly blog posts about the trip 😉 Looking forward to reading about your music travels!
